A depth journey in LOCATING, UNDERSTANDING, AND CONNECTING TO THE PELVIS. THIS SERIES USES CREATIVE PLAY, MOVEMENT AND DANCE, AND GUIDED MEDITATIONS, AND SEA (SOMATIC AND ENERGETIC AWARENESS) TO PRACTICE.
What even is a pelvis? Is it ok to connect with it? Do I want to? What are the structures that make up this part of me? What is the energetic resonance there? How does my personal life experience, my longings, creativity and emotions tie into what I experience in my pelvis- be that pleasure, pain or indifference.
Landscape of the Pelvis is a deep dive into these questions, supporting you in releasing bound energy currents and creating room for liveliness.
The core sessions are two group workshops that use imagery, movement explorations (based in physical training, dance, and more) and energy meditations to locate and connect with your pelvis.
Landscape of the Pelvis centers processes of connecting with the body, sensations, energy, and creative expression.
The sensation of the pelvis is one of infinite generative energy, it can guide us through times of softness and strength, anchor us to the earth, and set up a flow of power that whispers directly of our longing, discernment, and our pleasure.

Often people are drawn to do a one on one session in conjunction with this work where we can honor and explore your individual challenges, expression and stories inherent in your pelvis.
This process is reflective of 20 plus years of experience as a dancer, artist, energy worker, Pilates, somatic, and movement instructor. We will work with the physical and energetic. I am here to share, facilitate, and support you from where you are in your process of connecting with your pelvis. It is time! Let’s do this.
