Are you craving a self-knowledge and growth process? Does doing it in a way that is creative and artistic appeal to you? Would you like to engage your whole being in the practice?
Over the past ten years, I have been researching and developing the material that comprimses Instrument of the Infinite through workshops, writing, clients, students, with my mentors, through my art practices, and perhaps most profoundly through daily life.
And now I am SO excited to share this deep transformative process with you.
We will work by attuning with five specific flows of energy and consciousness, that will be explored through creative ritual, embodiment, energy work and group connection.
What does that mean?
It means each week I will share some information. Then I will guide you through an embodied/energetic meditation and a creative ritual based on that weeks theme. You will have a lot of autonomy about your ritual/practice, it may include dancing/movement, sounding, drawing, speaking and/or writing. I will leave some time each week for questions, sharing, and learning from each other.
Through the six weeks, you will gain:
-Knowledge of working with energy in your own life.
-Deeper access to your own creative abilities.
-Guidance in moving patterns that have felt held, stuck, or unapproachable.
-A community to practice with.
-My attention, care, container holding, and support.
-A process that enlivens your embodiment.
-A “tune up” through your whole being.

Because the work happens within the energetic container of our meeting times, and each gathering builds on the one before, full commitment to attending all sessions is required. .
Our themes, include: developing the observer, enlivening energy awareness, give/receive/take/offer, monsters, reconciliation, and radiant emptiness.
Investment is $350-$275 sliding scale for the 6 two hour sessions. $100 minimum required to reserve a spot. 10 people.
