Vibration of Creation

Here is a gentle bedtime story:

You know the inside of a pelvis, you know it deep in yourself.
 

You were framed and arched within the dark warm folds of a pelvis, surrounded by the structure of the bones. And it's in that place, that warm darkness, that you created your body. That your cells knew how to divide, that you knew how to make a spine, and a brain, and a heart. 

You are creation. 

So allow your consciousness now to sink deep into the pelvis. You know this innate creative energy that is here, you are made of it, you made yourself of it. It already is, you already are of it. 

Like a magnet; allow your consciousness, your awareness, your sensation, your listening, your inner visualizing, your imagination, to rest into this creative vibration in the pelvis. This is your fertile void. 

You may want to say: “Help me know what I already know, help me remove obstacles of fear or judgment, that keep me forgetting what I already am. Help me remember I am a constantly evolving, vibrating, creative spirit.” 

And as you sink into this you may notice items come up, the things you want to create or have created-they may come up- even a thought is a manifestation of this creation spirit. I invite you to not get attached to the items being created if they arise, you don't have to stop them, but let yourself continue to center into the actual sensation of vibration.

What you create will constantly come and go your whole life, so give yourself permission to sink into the energy itself. As you breathe you are feeding that energy and it is feeding you.

Get back into the energy of creation, the force of creation that is constantly right there. 

Take time to bow to the sensation of creation.
