Call yourself outside from...

Today I offer a statement (the third out of five.) An affirmation that if it speaks to you, you can say out loud to yourself, in fact you can sing it out, yell it out, dance it out!

Say it when you feel compressed, tamped down in your expression, when you need a reminder that you can allow, invite and celebrate your own expansion!

Call yourself outside from...

I call myself outside from... when my exuberance met a cage, and my growth was shuttered and shamed. When I was told how to think, what to wear, how to feel, and when I constructed an inner wall to keep them out and keep me in.

I call myself outside from...my familiar burden of frustration caused by following an iron rule book that never was my own.

I call myself outside... safe in my expression of joy and pain. In the delight of my expansive laugh, I unfold my inner authority; wild and kind.
