snake heart and crown

Try this statement on..

The heart is the wise elder to the pelvis.

Both hold emotion, sensation, and connection.

The pelvis is playful, rich, deep and can be wild with strong feeling.

The heart is a portal to the vibration of love, and those vibrations hold space for all the strong feelings to move with and through.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your pelvis. Feel the connection here, through breath and through awareness. Let them be playfully connected. Then imagine the field of the heart blooming open enough for the moving currents within the pelvis to ride through and on. The heart creating a water park for the wild ride of emotion to play on.

Keep it going..

Consciousness may feel centered in the middle of your skull, at the top of your spine. How is this place bringing attention to the awareness of the inner world?

A meditation- where do you perceive from and how do the centers of head, heart, and pelvis interact?

ENERGY CONNECTION: HEAD, HEART, AND PELVIS or SNAKE, HEART AND CROWN, and an ENERGY SELF-PORTRAIT

Meditation: 2

We are going to take some time to connect with the moment and the body. Begin with breathing, letting your body become more comfortable, more settled into whatever position you have landed in, Start by allowing yourself to really notice your environment, what is true about your environment.

Let your awareness collect at the center of your skull, up behind the soft palate. The place where your skull and spine come together. Gently move it to release tension. You have a sense organ at this space and it is connected to your psychic seeing. You can see the inside of your body, you can see images as if there is a screen there. You can see forward and backwards in time. Take some time now to connect with this inner seeing. See every part of your body and the space you are in. Let this inner eye move through your body.

PAUSE TO PRACTICE

Let your internal awareness drift down the power current towards your heart

In the center of your heart is another sense organ. It may feel like a kind of listening, a psychic hearing. You can tune it by listening to your heartbeat. It reads vibration both of the here and now and through time and space. It is a cohesive listening. Up, down, forward and back- it is omni directional. Listen from your heart to every part of your body. Listen to the space you are in.

PAUSE TO PRACTICE

Let your awareness continue down the vertical power current to the pelvis.

In the center of your pelvis is another sense organ. It interprest vibrations through a kinesthetic sensing.  It is instinct and intuition, and discernment. It is rooted in the earth, and in here and now. It is a sensation, and it is very YOU. Your particular brand of essence. From the center of the pelvis feel every part of your body. Feel the space you're in. Feel the waves of nature and the planet rolling through you.

PAUSE TO PRACTICE

Now these three sensing organs are best friends, they support each other. They solve mysteries together, each with their own special gift. Feel them connected and aligned sending messages through the power current.

Allow yourself to perceive through all three at once without one of them taking over. This will take practice, but do your best. This is a symphony of vibration and a portrait of light. This is your current manifest experience, your energetic self portrait. Enjoy and witness this picture, this song, this feeling.

This is the pathway of the way the life force energy is moving though you AT THIS EXACT MOMENT. And you are the one watching, listening. When you are aware of the manifest experience, you can sink back into the burning witness of consciousness. (More on this in Who watches the watcher)

The pathway is always moving and shifting, while the consciousness that observes is more permanent, even infinite.

CREATIVE PRACTICE:

TAKE OUT A PIECE OF PAPER AND ART SUPPLIES, DRAW YOUR ENERGY SELF PORTRAIT. THis may be that you draw a stick figure or body outline that you fill in with the energy, or it may be more abstract. You may use color or words.  Let the process lead you.

Keep it around and add or subtract from it as you feel called to. Release it when you are ready through one or more elemental process, burn it, bury it, tear it up and put it into water, release it to the wind.
