Endings and Beginnings
Monday Night Play is a creative experiment where a live sound score, poetic verbal guidance, dance, improvisation, and YOU all come together. Facilitated by Adrian and Tracy, MNP is also co-created by the participants who generously lend their moving bodies to the laboratory that is assembled and released each month. Every event has its own unique theme, and each will end with a grounding guided meditation

What is an ending, and what is a beginning? What are the qualities that help you define each in your life? Can you feel the difference?
When we engage with the commitment practice, to be as fully committed to each moment and each dance as can be- does that shift our dance of endings or beginnings?

Our time begins with an inquiry of the monthly theme. As we move into a collective practice of improvisation, we give the themes room to bloom or die through a movement score with live music. We will finish with a grounding meditation. It is a playful journey into curiosity and intuition, response and action, embodiment and deep tending.
