Instrument of the Infinite Fall Intensive will be held in person at Flock Dance Center in PDX.
Through this process, we are aiming to know and love ourselves and the movement of our own energy... which is another way to say the movement of our own connection to spirit expressing through our physical being.
Instrument of the Infinite is a place to dance your heart out while expanding your energy field. It is a place to learn and play. It is a space where dance scores, Core Energetics and community come together.
We will be exploring the qualities of ether, air, fire, water, and earth, and how they connect to the energetic phases of human consciousness. While information will be exchanged the focus is on experiencing these things for yourself through guided meditations, dance scores, creative ritual, conversation.
You feel the container, you balance it with your breath, you charge your passions and joy, you release your holding, you center into that deep well of your life force. You get curious how that felt, moved, and created within you. You integrate and try it again…

MOVEMENT Experience is helpful but not required. Curiosity is a must!
