vibrating the water

Hello!

You are invited on a journey with me. This is one to be approached with “sideways looking,” not using your rational mind to go directly at it, but to soften into the edges of your inner vision and curiosity. You are invited to relax and sink into the laboratory of your body and imagination.

WHAT I AM MUSING ON THIS WEEK:

What if the water in our bodies gives our energy enough weight so that we can feel its movement and sensation? That through the medium of water we get a sense of our thoughts and emotions, because of the way water waves and vibrates.

And that the water movement is not random, that there is a system, an order, and code to it?

If we can learn this language — learn to understand the pattern of ripples and vibrations that play through the waters of our bodies, perhaps we can learn the intelligence of feeling, intuition and sensations.

What else might the medium of water vibrate with?

What if our waters are also the medium of communication with the universe, the plants, spirit, ancestors, inner self, and what if it is the key to resonating in empathy to other living things?

“The basis of communication for all biological systems is in our liquid ancestry and manifests as wave motion. The fluid system in which all life has been stirred supersedes the nervous system and is not limited in its interactions.

Fluid systems are not limited since their basic quality is one of resonance. In resonance all fluid systems are united.”

SOMATIC IMAGINATION JOURNEY- This is a collaboration with these words, your body, and your imagination.

I gather energy to the base of my skull, top of my spine. I gather the imprint of the stars and the dark velvety recess around them.

(Pause and feel, notice, get curious about this statement and this part of your body, )

From here I descend my awareness down the central channel of my body, my energetic and physical spine till I land in my chest.

I gather the energy to my chest and heart, poised in its perpetual dance with my lungs. I gather energy of the atmosphere, weather patterns, and the cycles of the elements in their nourishing interplay with the surface of our planet.

(Pause and feel, notice, get curious about this statement and this part of your body, )

From here I descend my awareness down the central channel of my body, my energetic and physical spine till I land in my pelvis.

I gather the energy to the center of my pelvis. I gather energy to a deep and protected pool of water situated within a cavern, framed and arched by rock and crystal. I see the still water here, the inner aquifer.

I sit by the edge of this pool, this pool within my pelvis, and watch the ripples begin to play on the surface of the water. I know these are messages, and I am slowly learning the language. The language of the vibrations reflected on the waters.

What is being communicated through these energetic vibrations?

I open to receive the messages knowing it may take some time, a lifetime to truly learn this language… or perhaps I already know?

(Pause and feel, notice, get curious about these statements and this part of your body )

Relax, let go and give thanks.

This practice is inspired by messages received while in a guided meditation with algae led by Shayne Case. Shayne has been a mentor to me for the past two years through the Under The Eagles Wing mentorship program, and to many others over the past few decades. I am immensely grateful for her generous teachings.
