An embodiment workshop exploring in-between sight as intuition and non-linear knowing, and the in-between sites within our body, movement, gestures, emotional mind, and stories we carry. Through images and memories of dappled light, light glimmering on bodies of water, and light seen through squinting eyes, we will explore through meditation, movement and writing practices how to cultivate a more aware relationship with ourselves, the multitude of fields we are a part of, and our in-between sight and sites.
This in-person workshop, in Northwest Portland, OR, is faciliated by two experienced and dedicated practioners who incorporate artisty, creativity and healing energies into their work. Full address and directions included with registration.
