This program is designed for that, For those that may not have all the time or flexibility in their schedule, but are ready to commit to 30 minutes, several times a week, in their own space.
Whether joining ALIGN live or by recording, your consistency is the magic that connects the dots between the classes.
This is a practice of embodiment and self-reflection, of energy and consciousness. It is primarily made up of movement, guided experiential anatomy, and intuitive dance practice. It also includes teachings, meditations, and journal prompts.

ALIGN is an ongoing monthly program, you sign up and pay for a month at a time.

The schedule may vary slightly, but mostly we meet Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8-8:30 am Pacific time. Recordings are up within 24 hours.
