This work is rooted in dance and movement, experiential anatomy of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Energy work, creative play, and healing.

Embodiment practice: active engagement with sensing, feeling, noticing the body, in motion, in stillness, in relationship to other aspects of self and the world.

 Energy Healing: all things have and are energy- our thoughts, emotions, desires, systems, societies, belief systems, the planets, the land, the atmosphere, etc etc etc- all things have a vibratory aspect and are alive, and to some more or less degree, sentient. 

Creative depth inquiry: processes, like dancing, drawing, writing, painting, sculpting, singing, making music,  any practice that involves the right side of the brain and imagination as a way to process and provides a direct access and something outside of ourselves that can point the way back to our bodies, energy, guidance, and deep wisdom.
