Body Work

Private Sessions in Pilates are available at Body Mechanics, as are 2 Mixed Equipment Classes on Thursdays at 6 PM and Saturdays at 9 AM. Only 4 people in a class, pre-registration required.

In a private session Tracy meets the client in their current physicality, then over time guides them towards their goals. While primarily movement based, when requested these sessions may contain hands-on work in the form of assisted stretching, Massage or Reiki.

Through mat work and/or Pilates equipment the client is worked in a detailed and focused way to bring them into their own natural balance and deep strength. Approach will vary from client to client..

Prices vary but can be negotiated. A committed student will always make the most progress.
